A Trade Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects from the point of sale through final project close-out to maximize customer satisfaction, and project profitability. Ideal candidates will represent the Pella branch across all project phases, ensuring a first-class experience with customers relating to installation, service, and preparation of final close-out documents.

Review and place all product orders.
Order all material required from Pella and outside vendors in a manner that maximizes job profitability.
Responsible for accuracy on all orders.
Communicates with sales personnel and managers to ensure smooth delivery and installation process.
Answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualify all incoming customer inquiries, ensuring correct materials have been ordered.
Review service needs on contracted orders from sales team for details related to service needs.
Schedule service events with customers and service technicians
Schedule delivery of completed product.
Confirm service dates with customers and sales representatives.
Properly manage need dates to maximize inventory turns.
Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation to the customer's expectations.
Identify solutions to unforeseen challenges that arise during the project cycle.
Manage service needs to complete recovery, when necessary, on all projects.
Manage recovery process for shortages and damaged product.
Establish and maintain key contact with customers and sales representatives.
Record key dates and activities relates to service events.
Complete any special billing documentation and ensure all projects are invoiced promptly and produce all close-out documentation required (service manuals, warranties, etc.).

Job Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
