What You'll Do:
Are you ready to drive impactful business decisions in a growing and innovative chemical manufacturing company? We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Advisor to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities: • Analyze production volumes, inventory, sales, and profitability to fuel strategic decisions. • Develop and refine advanced analytical tools for scenario planning, budget forecasting, and process optimization. • Lead targeted initiatives to enhance business performance, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Business Optimization, Supply Chain, and beyond. • Support key processes like S&OP planning, product segmentation, and long-term strategy execution. • Prepare actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership, influencing decisions that drive growth.
What You Bring: • A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, economics, or management. • 3+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or a similar field. • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and advanced analytical tools like Power BI. • Exceptional skills in data analysis, project management, and business communication. • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for process improvement and collaborative teamwork.
