Job Description:
Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida.
Duties:
- Lead the development of executive-level presentations that weave clear, engaging, and strategic narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and synthesize it into a cohesive story
- Act as a strategic advisor, helping teams and leaders articulate vision, progress, and outcomes
- Ensure all presentations align with the company's tone, goals, and branding guidelines
- Manage the end-to-end process of creating executive communication materials, including storyboarding, content creation, and visual design oversight
- Facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment, clarity, and actionable outcomes
- Coordinate with project teams to understand the context and goals of initiatives, translating them into audience-appropriate stories
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years in project management, corporate communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, communications, or a similar role
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives
- Expertise in creating executive presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar
- Strong design sensibility and ability to guide visual storytelling
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams
- Comfort and confidence in presenting to executive audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with strategic planning or corporate initiatives is a plus
