Position overview

DESCRIPTION: The role of the ZEI Consultant is topromote, deliver and guide the Currie & Brown US business as it develops and grows its zero-infrastructure service line and project portfolio. The ZEI Consultant will report to the Currie & Brown ZEI business stream lead.

Zero emission infrastructure is expected to include programs and projects related to electrification, hydrogen, carbon capture, and green energy related sources and initiatives. The ZEI Consultant should be passionate about the innovations and technological developments in this field.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the role is to support the ZEI business stream leader and oversee account management in the sector, ensuring a consistent end-to-end program delivery model. In addition, the ZEI Consultant is expected to facilitate, plan, collaborate, and develop sector growth alongside the ZEI business stream lead. This delivery must align with industry standards while meeting group policies and expectations for risk, financial performance, and commercial viability.

The role of the ZEI Consultant is expected to foster cross-account communication and collaboration, improving our efficiency, quality, and brand recognition in the marketplace. The ZEI Consultant is expected to be committed to the delivery and implementation of this vision. They are expected to possess a comprehensive understanding of our internal business systems, processes, and procedures, and spearhead the growth of the zero-emission infrastructure business stream.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The ZEI Consultant shall be responsible for the following,
  1. Cultivating new commissions within existing and new client relationships.
  2. Collaboration and under the direction of the ZEI business stream lead, financial reporting and target setting.
  3. Support leadership and management of the ZEI business stream and account leads to ensure best in class delivery to our clients.
  4. Cross selling Currie & Brown services.
  5. Support clients with their business needs to deliver quality products and services within our business frameworks.
  6. Developing existing client accounts to meet targets.
  7. Help diversify our service offerings to new and existing clients to meet future business requirements
  8. Crafting business plans to identify new client targets and delineate a path to success.
  9. Support Currie & Brown teams to adopt, and if necessary, adapt, best practices to provide services to a specific client and sector project.
  10. Implementing and enforcing quality assurance and control protocols for the designated business group. Collaborating with Service and Account Leads to uphold an audit and verification plan for quality.
  11. Providing regular reports to the ZEI business stream lead on the status, progress, and the status of client accounts.
