Implement visual merchandising presentation standards and guidelines at store level that are consistent with
company standards and directives. Includes all seasonal strategy, monthly directives, fixture usage, placement
and standards, dressing of mannequins, forms, signing, accent lighting, and all related activities.
Essential Functions: • Assist Visual Merchandising Manager in directing the communication, implementation, and follow-up of
visual tasks (sales events, visual set-ups, shop installations, promotions, special events) with Store
Manager/Assistant Store Manager/Sales Team Managers and Sales Associates within the store to ensure
visual efforts are maintained and complement the merchandising efforts. • Plan, install, and maintain visual setups, shop installations, promotional events, and monthly directives to
complement architecture and department layout of the store. • Participate in daily/weekly walk-through with Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to review
any visual issues that need to be addressed. • Maintain visual merchandising storage area and room to prevent damage or destruction of existing visual
collateral or tools. • Choose merchandise and accessories to be presented on mannequins and bust forms throughout the store
to complement corporate fashion trends. • Press, steam, and remove tags to prepare merchandise for installation on mannequins and bust forms. • Dress mannequins and forms using specified corporate guidelines on a regular schedule according to
monthly directives or as merchandise availability dictates. • Responsible for the installation of all seasonal trim based on corporate visual directives. • Order and install vendor lettering, graphics, and plaques by demand center as needed or prescribed in the
monthly and or quarterly directives. • Adjust and target all accent lighting to complement mannequins, table forms, feature walls, end walls, and
fixturing along main aisles. • Inspect/check all incoming receipts and transfers of visual merchandising items, fixtures, collateral, and
supplies. • Perform daily visual maintenance of all areas. Work with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager/Sales
Team Managers, and Sales Associates to ensure daily standards are executed and maintained. • Assist in special events and in-store promotions as directed. • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
