About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive ERP Project Specialist to join our team for a dynamic D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation project within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of project tasks, maintaining communication between stakeholders, and keeping the project on track toward successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the central point of contact for team updates, addressing inquiries, and facilitating meetings.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, including agendas, minutes, and status reports.
Administrative Support:
Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Organize project documentation using project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Risk Management:
Identify potential roadblocks and communicate them to the project manager.
Monitor risk mitigation plans and report on progress.
Vendor and Resource Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align efforts with project goals.
Support the onboarding of team members and provide access to necessary resources and tools.
Qualifications Experience:
2-5 years of experience as a project coordinator, preferably within ERP implementation projects or IT/telecommunications.
Familiarity with D365 F&O or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge:
Understanding of ERP system implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Basic financial and operations knowledge related to ERP functionalities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the telecommunications industry.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
