Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to join our growing retail company. As the Director of Operations, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency, enhance operational processes, and ensure seamless execution of the company's retail operations. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring that all locations meet company standards for performance, customer service, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute operational strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimize supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes to ensure product availability and efficient distribution.
  • Analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term business strategies and translate them into actionable operational plans.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring operational activities stay within allocated resources and drive profitability.
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple locations and drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with retail management software and ERP systems preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Hybrid

Salary: Between $130,000 - $150,000/year, based on experience
