What will you be doing?
Implement and drive compliance with Maritime HSSE Standards for the fleet.
Analyze incidents and ensure proactive follow-up for vessels under ownership.
Develop and oversee HSSE policies, ensuring alignment with international standards.
Coordinate and manage HSSE training programs, often in partnership with third-party managers.
Stay updated and ensure compliance with international regulations and industry guidelines, such as MARPOL, SOLAS, and ISM.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Minimum 7 years of maritime experience with a strong HSSE management background.
Familiarity with USCG, OSHA, SOLAS, and other international maritime standards.
Proven ability to analyse and manage high-risk incidents.
Experience leveraging digital technologies for operational enhancements.
Maritime qualifications and seagoing experience are preferred.
