About the Role:

The Product Go-to-Market Manager maintains a broad understanding of the business domains especially Supervision and Regulation. Provides oversight for GTM that covers the areas of communications, change management, training and adoption to ensure technology services are delivered to meet the end users expectations. Keeps abreast of the technology trends and propose new technology services that align with the business needs and ITS strategy. Anticipates customer needs and provides services meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The manager develops a diverse pool of talent aimed at increasing product adoption and focusing on customer delight.

You Will:


  • Manage employees assigned to area establishing work assignments, setting performance expectations, and monitoring results for assigned staff.


  • Provide guidance where necessary for the performance evaluation of indirect report employees.


  • Oversee and approve requisitions/hiring, compensation, promotion, discipline, dismissal and other personnel actions.


  • Coach and support staff members and provides for their personal development.


  • Assist with the most complex or sensitive customer cases, ensuring that necessary follow-up is completed.


  • Ensure that the goals and objectives of area of responsibility in adoption of ITS services and Bank’s strategic objectives and plans are met.


  • Evaluate a wide variety of inputs for strategic decision-making and provides tactical recommendations to Product Adoption team.


  • Lead studies to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and costs in operations, workflows, and methodologies.


  • Perform assignments that require a broad knowledge of product adoption with little structure or direction.


  • Provide input on department budget and ensures spending on training and other controllable items align with short and long-term business objectives. 


  • Develop creative solutions to staffing and scheduling challenges due to specialized nature of the tasks.


  • Participates on System and District project teams focused on the center of excellence for Product Adoption.


  • Direct the diverse activities related to Product Go to Market and Adoption activities.


  • Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.


  • Participate in industry professional organizations to both maintain benchmarking awareness and represent the department.


  • Build knowledge of how business functional areas conduct business and relate to one another.


  • Develop web/digital strategies to meet future needs of internal customers as well as diverse external audiences.


You Have:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field of study.

  • At least five years of experience with direct supervisory responsibilities or directing the work of others with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Preferred, at least five years of experience in IT operations and/or supporting solutions development functions with direct supervisory responsibilities or directing the work of others with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Experience in attracting, developing and retaining high-performing professionals.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and practically apply new concepts or principles which can be confirmed by experience.

  • Experience supplying technology services using a co-provider model with multiple, partnering service providers.

  • Demonstrated functional knowledge in one or more technology domains.

  • Experience applying project management practices on small to medium projects.

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
