What You'll Do:
Operational Leadership: Coordinate subcontractor relations, deliveries, and purchase orders to keep the branch running efficiently.
Technical Expertise: Get hands-on experience with modular building setups and furniture assembly, as well as troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead service technicians, drivers, and shop technicians.
Efficiency Driver: Find cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards for all work performed.
Inventory Master: Oversee materials and parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.
Safety Champion: Ensure safety procedures are followed, conducting regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
On-Site Leadership: Visit job sites, attend customer meetings, and ensure our projects run smoothly.
