TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our clients' team in Pooler, GA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and a "go-getter" mentality. This role requires an enthusiastic, self-starter who can work independently and possess a positive attitude. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service both remotely and on-site, ensuring customers have a seamless experience using our eCommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Site Visits & Training (50% Travel): Travel to customer locations for hands-on training and support. Provide on-site training for customers on how to navigate and utilize our eCommerce platform effectively.
Order Assistance & Logistics Support: Assist customers with questions related to their orders, delivery timelines, product information, and logistics. Ensure all customer orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on time.
eCommerce Platform Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues customers may encounter on the eCommerce platform, offering clear solutions and guidance for both technical and operational challenges.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Meet KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, response times, issue resolution efficiency, and on-site training effectiveness.
Independent Problem-Solving: Take initiative in resolving customer issues, ensuring minimal disruption to their service and providing timely follow-ups as necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in an on-site or tech-driven environment.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting eCommerce platforms; tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems.
Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites for training and support.
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and "go-getter" mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to customers.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team player.
