Job Description:

The Ford Agency is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support the VP of Operations at a legal non-profit. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and ability to be a self-starter in an environment with shifting priorities. Ideal schedule would be 9am-1pm, Monday-Thursday with some flexibility. This is a long-term, temporary role expected to start in early 2025 so apply today!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Schedule meetings and set up conference calls, webinars, and presentations
  • Arrange travel (flights, hotel, car service) and process expenses
  • Contribute to presentations with research and briefing materials
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize needed information for executive
  • Assist across IT, HR, and Finance teams

Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of high-level administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
