The Ford Agency is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support the VP of Operations at a legal non-profit. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and ability to be a self-starter in an environment with shifting priorities. Ideal schedule would be 9am-1pm, Monday-Thursday with some flexibility. This is a long-term, temporary role expected to start in early 2025 so apply today!
Responsibilities Include:
Schedule meetings and set up conference calls, webinars, and presentations
Arrange travel (flights, hotel, car service) and process expenses
Contribute to presentations with research and briefing materials
Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize needed information for executive
Assist across IT, HR, and Finance teams
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of high-level administrative experience
Proficiency in MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated problem solving abilities
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
