As a growing practice, we seek a Office Manager/ EA who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about financial accuracy and client service.

The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating meetings and office events, handling day-to-day office management, and supporting executive-level staff. This role is key to maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment, as the candidate will be the first point of contact for office visitors and clients. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential for effectively interacting with clients, office visitors, and interview candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize office activities, including meetings, events, and staff functions
  • Maintain and oversee inventory of office supplies, ensuring necessary items are always in stock
  • Greet and assist office visitors, clients, and interview candidates with a warm, professional attitude
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail for the office, ensuring timely distribution and delivery
  • Provide administrative support to HR, including scheduling meetings, arranging interviews, and coordinating travel arrangements for candidates and executives
  • Assist executives with calendar management, correspondence, and other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative and clerical roles, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly, upbeat demeanor with a client-service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
