The Junior BIM Operator is responsible for assisting in the creation, management, and delivery of digital building models. Working with a multidisciplinary team, the Junior BIM Operator will ensure that accurate 3D representations are maintained, updated, and aligned with project standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Model Creation: Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM models for various phases of a project using software like Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Software Skills: Proficiency in BIM-related software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other modeling tools is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with BIM in a professional or academic setting. Experience with construction documents and drafting is beneficial.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction, engineering, and architectural design principles.
