Job Description:
Our client in Central Houston has several opening for Spanish bilingual and non-bilingual Customer Service Representatives and Collectors.

Location: Central Houston, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate the right parties.
- Responsible for outbound/inbound calls - communicating with individuals regarding their account.
- Locate and monitor overdue accounts, notify customer of delinquent accounts.
- Persuade customers to pay amounts due, set payment arrangements, set up payment schedules.
- Manage email inbox, voicemails, and all communication logs to follow up with customers.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and collections
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flexibility to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm with a rotating Saturday CST
- Availability of overtime as needed
- Basic computer skills and math skills required
- Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, state and local collection laws and the ability to be licensed in all states is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
