Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Specialist to join our client's team in Eugene, OR. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in data entry or customer service who are looking for an opportunity to contribute to our their growing operations.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer orders into the system
Verify and correct order information as needed
Communicate with customers to resolve any order-related issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order processing
Maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
