ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate is highly tech-savvy, and has proficiency in, or the ability to learn and effectively implement, software solutions such as CoStar, LandVision, Hubspot, Mailchimp, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, OneDrive, Adobe Suite (InDesign a plus), all Google products, and more.
Current commercial real estate transactional knowledge highly desirable, although not a prerequisite. More important is someone who is a quick-study; highly organized and detail oriented; a self-starter; has critical thinking and creative problem solving skills; high initiative, follow up and follow through. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide support with administrative work, business development, and marketing efforts. Produce high quality client reports and presentation materials for the team. Assist in maintaining standard operating processes and provide accountability for others using these processes such as managing client files. Leverage virtual assistants and AI for repetitive tasks to expand your capacity. Communicate and coordinate with vendors, brokers, and clients with exceptional customer service. Collaborate and exchange ideas to create the best possible outcomes.
