We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a versatile role where you'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, support leadership, and make a tangible impact on our daily operations and growth. This position is listed as full-time but we are also open to the idea of doing part-time or hourly depending on the candidate.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant at Kinetic Sequence, you will:
Office Management
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for the CEO and Director of Operations.
Manage office logistics, including virtual tools and systems to streamline operations.
Bookkeeping Support:
Assist with tracking expenses, preparing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
Work with CEO to ensure financial accuracy and budget management.
Sales Outreach:
Use our internal tools to research and reach out to prospective clients
Administrative Tasks:
Organize files, emails, and reports to keep the team efficient and focused.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Special Projects:
Support ad hoc projects that contribute to the agency's success.
Help improve internal processes and assist in executing marketing initiatives.
