Key Responsibilities
Culture & Engagement
Plan and execute local and virtual company culture events to promote engagement and collaboration.
Create monthly social content celebrating employee milestones, holidays, and other milestones.
Onboarding & Employee Support
Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
Facilitate and manage pre-employment background checks to ensure compliance and integrity in hiring processes.
Office Management
Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
Ensure the workspace is organized, welcoming, and optimized for productivity
HR Assistance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, files, and documentation.
Collaborate with teams to implement HR initiatives and projects that align with organizational goals.
Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
Compliance & Process Management
Ensure all HR activities, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee engagement, comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Regularly review and update processes to align with best practices and changes in regulations.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in HR, office management, or related roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance priorities effectively in a part-time capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with HR processes (e.g., onboarding, background checks) and office tools is a plus.
