Robert Half is seeking a competent Payroll Management Consultant with hands-on UKG Workforce Dimensions experience to join our client's payroll team. Your duties will include supporting implementation of the UKG system, managing CRT tables, and providing UAT data testing and conversion support. You'll be part of a supportive team assisting with the integration of older systems including Kronos and Oracle HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with UKG system implementation and management of CRT tables.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) of data.
Provide conversion support during the integration of Kronos, UKG, and Oracle HCM.
Assist supervising payroll process ~ 3,000 employees when needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Systems Consultant.
Proficiency in UKG Workforce Dimensions *required*
Familiarity with Kronos and Oracle HCM preferred.
Payroll management experience of ~ 3,000 employees
