Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an energetic, motivated, and proactive Administrative/Personal Assistant to support a dynamic executive in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to take on diverse tasks with a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence, schedules, and calendars, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are efficiently coordinated.
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Handle personal tasks such as scheduling doctor appointments, purchasing gifts, party planning, and other family-related errands.
Run errands as needed, such as grocery shopping or picking up items for personal or family use.
Provide overall assistance as needed, keeping things running smoothly and tackling a variety of tasks with a cheerful, high-energy attitude.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation for errands and commuting.
High energy and a positive, cheerful attitude.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle both professional and personal tasks with discretion.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and tasks.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
