Entry-level Administrative Assistant to support multiple members of our team. This role will split responsibilities evenly between managing calendars and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management (50%): Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.
Operational Support (50%): Assist with data entry, create and update Excel spreadsheets, build PowerPoint presentations, and contribute to the development of newsletters.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tasks
