The Customer Success Coordinator is a key position within the warehouse team. In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the primary communication liaison between our warehouse team and our remote Customer Service/Sales teams.
The primary goal is to ensure swift and efficient communication and seamless coordination of customer order fulfillment and related service activities across various departments. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Liaison between remote customer service/sales and Columbus warehouse.
Understands the needs of the customer and ensures customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Effectively communicates with the customer service and sales teams and collaboration with warehouse functions and leadership teams to ensure customer's expectations are exceeded.
Understands all data metrics to ensure the warehouse is meeting KPI standards.
Understands overall operations and builds rapport with each department.
All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of customer service or planning/production coordinator within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
