Job Description:

Hancock Firm is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support our Litigation Coordinator and join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a team-oriented setting and take direction with minimal supervision.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Organize and update electronic files.
  • Label, organize and prepare hard copy binders.
  • Compose, format and proofread various materials.
  • Coordinate client meetings and teleconferences.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Assist with firm calendar.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Ability to work with and take direction from multiple individuals.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Two years of prior experience in an office environment.

This is an on-site, full-time position. Our office is located at 4601 Washington Avenue, Suite 280, Houston, Texas 77007. Our hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday.
