Lakeshore Talent is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant for a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will support executive leadership and assist with office administration to ensure operational efficiency and effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Targeted Salary Range: $65,000-70,000 annually upon conversion
Schedule: Abbreviated hybrid schedule, 2-3 days onsite per week and shortened days on Fridays!

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Coordinate All Staff Meetings, retreats, and collaboration events.
Maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, mail processing, and vendor relations.
Organize and manage contracts, invoices, and document storage.
Executive Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including scheduling, reports, and presentations.
Plan and organize 3-5 Board meetings annually, preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
Manage communications, strategic plan documents, and electronic filing systems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma and 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
Event and travel planning experience is required.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Positive attitude, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
Ability to travel 3-6 times per year.
