Hiring: Proven Restaurant Director of Operations
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: up to $150,000 Annually + Bonus

As the Director of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and operational expertise to ensure the success of multiple high-volume, upscale restaurants. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in full-service operations, private dining, and large venue management. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, from implementing systems to optimize workflows and profitability to leading and mentoring restaurant managers to maintain the highest operational standards. Additionally, you will monitor financial performance, identify opportunities to drive revenue and reduce costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards and event excellence. Collaborating with ownership and executive leadership, you will execute long-term growth strategies while staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Required:
Proven experience as a Director of Operations or similar role in upscale, full-service, high-volume restaurants.
Strong background managing large venues, with a preference for those with private dining experience.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop large teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to optimize operations and drive revenue in high-pressure environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Preferred Experience:
Background in managing venues with 600+ seats.
Expertise in handling private dining events and large-scale operations.
