The Lease Administrator III will be responsible for supporting a team of commercial lease negotiators and administrators that are negotiating and renewing a large volume of commercial leases. Uses knowledge of coordination within a commercial leasing organization to include reviewing legal contracts and documents for validation and completeness. May also help assist individual lease administrators coordinate and complete paperwork.

Essential Functions :
Prepares commercial leases/subleases and other related documents.
Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database.
Maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in area of specialty. (Should consider years of experience in lieu of degree.)
Commercial leasing or real estate experience.
8 to 13 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency using MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test.
Candidates must meet eligibility requirements as candidates will be processed for a Public Trust clearance.
