Job Description:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Tustin, CA (Fully Onsite)

Pay: $60,000 - $85,000

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Top Duties:

  • Scheduling and managing the CEO's calendar
  • Taking meeting minutes and managing tasks
  • Assisting with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Holding the CEO accountable for tasks and deadlines
  • Supporting events and managing the front desk
  • Following up with other departments to ensure tasks are completed

Required Software Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Experience with Procure and ERP systems
  • Ability to pull reports from an ERP system

Preferred Industry Experience: Construction Industry

Personality Traits:

  • Professional and task-oriented
  • Able to hold the CEO accountable while maintaining a good relationship
  • Organized and plans the day effectively
