Job Description:
Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Tustin, CA (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $60,000 - $85,000
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Top Duties:
- Scheduling and managing the CEO's calendar
- Taking meeting minutes and managing tasks
- Assisting with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Holding the CEO accountable for tasks and deadlines
- Supporting events and managing the front desk
- Following up with other departments to ensure tasks are completed
Required Software Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Experience with Procure and ERP systems
- Ability to pull reports from an ERP system
Preferred Industry Experience: Construction Industry
Personality Traits:
- Professional and task-oriented
- Able to hold the CEO accountable while maintaining a good relationship
- Organized and plans the day effectively
