Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant for a temporary assignment in Richmond, VA. This role is expected to last 4-6 weeks, with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
Manage the intake of mail/documents, ensuring they are properly logged and categorized.
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, organizing, sorting, scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing of documents.
Open and distribute mail to appropriate persons/teams for scanning and distribution.
Enter mail/document details into relevant databases or tracking systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinking skills.
