Insight Global is seeking a Call Center Representative to join one of the largest Healthcare Providers in California!
In this role, you'll operate within a dynamic call center environment, fielding inbound calls from members. Your responsibilities will include addressing enrollment inquiries, facilitating appointment bookings, handling experience feedback, addressing prescription refills and efficiently handling customer complaints. This position is onsite 5 days a week.
This position is a 6-month contract role and will be onsite 5 days a week. For reference, the position pays $23/hour. An ideal candidate for this opportunity MUST have:
High school diploma or GED
Professional communication style
Ability to type at least 36 WPM
Adaptable and eager to learn
Willing to work in a fast-paced call center
