We are actively seeking an outgoing and self-motivated Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our New York City corporate team.
As the Front Office Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our fun and friendly office. You will act as the first point of contact to clients, vendors, and guests as well as serve as a trusted resource for internal staff of recruiters and sales associates.
Hours are 9am-6pm
On-site Monday - Friday.
Located in Midtown East, conveniently close to all transportation!

Your day to day will include: • Appropriately fielding and directing incoming phone calls • Organizing and distributing mail, packages, and other correspondence • Greeting and welcoming all visitors and guests • Maintaining communal office spaces and front reception area • Tracking and ordering office supplies • Processing detailed applications and on-boarding paperwork • Reviewing IDs for I9 • Assisting with payroll process • Detailed database management (Bullhorn) • Serving as main point of contact for any marketing, events, or operations tasks • Taking on various projects as needed
Our ideal candidate has: • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred • At least 1+ years of office experience required • Warm and professional written and verbal communication abilities • Expert time management and multitasking skills; ability to manage competing priorities • Friendly and outgoing nature; customer service-oriented approach • Capacity to maintain grace and composure under pressure • Proficiency in MS Office applications
