Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
Provide Insurance and Financial recommendations for current clients.
Present and market suitable insurance and financial products.
Work closely with the agent to achieve goals.
Build and nurture relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success.

The Person
We're looking for someone who:
Has sales experience (preferred but not essential).
Demonstrates a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
Builds rapport easily and communicates effectively with clients.
Holds a Property & Casualty licenses &/or Life and Health Licenses (or is willing to obtain one).
