Legendary Spa exploded onto the beauty scene in 2021 and within three short years has expanded to six locations during that time. We are known for our luxury spaces and services across multiple beauty verticals: nails, skin, lash, brow, tan and wax.

Front Desk Operations:
Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high performance and compliance with salon brand standards.
Manage the scheduling of front office team and service providers to optimize the use of salon resources with our scheduling team.
Understand and be an ambassador of retail products and supplies, ensuring availability and proper display.
Administrative Duties:
Reconcile daily sales and oversee the daily inventory reports
Serve as the front office liaison of the salon software management system.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Monitor and manage staff schedules, including shift assignments and time-off requests.
Sales and Marketing:
Promote salon services and products to enhance sales and client engagement.
Implement local marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Assist in organizing and executing salon events and promotions.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all salon policies and procedures are adhered to.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to front desk staff.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a luxury salon, hotel, restaurant or spa environment.
Experience in a multi site work environment is preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree is a plus.
