Job Description:

Sr. Practice Assistant (SEA) - Hybrid (first 90 days is in office for training)

Salary: $75,000-$85,000

36.25 hours per week

Essential Duties
  • Manage confidential legal tasks, draft and proofread documents, and maintain organized records using document management systems.
  • Manage emails, calendars, and client contacts, and coordinate meetings and logistics.
  • Maintain physical/electronic files, conduct document checks, and scan/upload documents.
  • Trackbilling entries, prepare client bills, and process expenses.
  • Arrange travel and manage related reimbursements.
  • Support business development and conduct research as needed.
  • Provide backup assistance and handle overflow tasks. Work overtime as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • 3-5 years in legal or administrative support, preferably in a large law firm.
  • 3-5 years of Washington litigation experience in both state and federal courts
  • Proficient in Windows 365, Elite 3E, iManage, Adobe, Concur, and Intapp.
  • Understanding of court rules and litigation procedures.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and anticipate needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor.
  • A high school diploma is required; a business school certificate or degree is preferred.
