Responsibilities
Drive the strategy, vision, and business planning processes for exterior restoration projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, leading proposal preparation and presentations for new business.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings to promote our services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, participating in the development of pursuit targets.
Prepare and analyze cost models, accurate and complete progress estimates, and project schedules during design and bidding phases of the project.
Evaluate potential risk factors and ensure accurate variance reporting for project estimates.
Coordinate preconstruction strategies, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure project success.
Review project documents for constructability and value analysis, providing clear scopes of work to bidders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
5 years of experience in preconstruction, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and materials. In-depth understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Familiarity with project management software (Procore) and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
