Insight Global is looking for a part time Office Administrative Assistant to work for a construction services company headquartered in New York City. The main responsibility of this person will be to maintain a clean, organized and efficient office environment. Day to Day this person will be coordinating with the building management to coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries as well as ensure safety and compliance. This person will also manage the office supplies and kitchen orders, email communication, answer phone calls, coordinate and schedule meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
Experience with general clerical duties, managing office supply inventory and placing orders
Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings
Proficiency in Office 365 and previous experience working with a CRM
