Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Costco Sales Team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and is eager to learn the intricacies of club sales. This role is instrumental in supporting sales operations, supplier relationships, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Support: Compile, manage, and analyze sales data.
  2. Materials Creation: Develop sales materials, including data sheets, presentations, charts, visuals, and calendars.
  3. Supplier Coordination: Assist suppliers with setup documents and guide them on club expectations and requests.
  4. Program Oversight: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the club sales process, from initiation to program conclusion. Articulate steps and set expectations with suppliers to ensure successful execution.
  5. Document Management: Organize and manage extensive materials provided by accounts and suppliers.
  6. Team Collaboration: Participate in planning, sales, and team meetings, taking notes and following up as needed.
  7. Quality Assurance: Review documents in detail, identify corrections, and communicate red flags to the team.
