Wholesale fashion accessories company seeking a qualified individual for a receptionist/ executive assistant/ office manager position. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team and help us in excel in our industry!
Job description includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:
Welcoming and directing all visitors professionally
Answering & routing all phone calls
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the reception and visitor areas
Restocking and replenishing goods throughout the office, as well as ordering supplies
Managing incoming mail and deliveries
Managing business and personal calendars & scheduling appointments for the owners and other executives
Handling all types of both business & personal correspondence for the owners
Running errands locally on behalf of the owners
Help prepare for upcoming meetings, working along side with sales, merchandising, and production teams
Other basic office & administrative office tasks
Job Qualifications:
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a very fast paced environment
Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once; strong time management skills
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
Work well with others, MUST be a team player
Outstanding organization skills
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience with Microsoft Office like Outlook and Excel
This job is Monday through Friday
Hours 8am - 6pm, $20-25/hr with overtime
