Our Client Administrative Assistant Support provide on-site related administrative, project, and event management for multiple functions at the Hill's Pet Nutrition Center located on our beautiful campus in Topeka, Kansas. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the organization, the site and its policies and procedures. The Client Site Administrative Assistants support the local and global nature of the Client site business needs, anticipates the needs of employees, customers, and vendors, and drives site wide initiatives.
% Duties and Responsibilities:
75% - Responsible for a variety of administrative duties associated with the activities of a busy research and development campus.
25% - Responsible for set-up and clean-up for refreshments for meetings.

Education/ Experience:
Minimum education and experience requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred education and experience requirements
Previous Experiences in one or more Coordinator roles and/or Project Coordination roles;
Project Management Skills including organization, planning and execution
2+ years of multi-building corporate office campus experience
Expected Areas of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) OR Google Suite
Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience working for multiple managers and stakeholders
Problem solving ability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information
Exposure to both cold and hot work environments both inside and outside the facilities
Must be able to walk up to 50% of the scheduled day
Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, push and pull throughout the day
