Job Description:

A financial company in Greenville, SC is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support their Receptionist. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire position with hours 9-am to 6pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily assigned administrative tasks
  • Run business and personal errands for the office
  • Assist with catering and events
  • Coordinate meetings and travel plans
  • Interact with clients
  • Order office supplies

Qualifications:
  • Professional office experience
  • Sharp organizational skills
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to occasionally work until 6pm
  • Ability to occasionally purchase alcoholic beverages for business events

Benefits & Compensation:
  • $18-20 hourly
  • Benefits package once permanent
