About the Role:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group.
  • Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events;
  • Coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations;
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
  • Provide calendar management for up to two managers calendar.
  • Provide team support (including some headcount management, budget, morale events, and alias management)
  • Morale event planning, catering orders, and hardware refresh.

Must Haves:
  • Minimum 3 years experience with calendar management.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience with MS Office suite- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
  • Minimum 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

Location: Mountain View, CA.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $67,000- $77,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
