Insight Global is seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist to join a global late stage investment firm based in Dallas, TX on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to provide comprehensive support for the headquarters office. Daily responsibilities encompass calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and logistics arrangements, office inventory and coordination, event management, and prioritization across internal leaders. They should demonstrate the capacity to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion. The opportunity is a fully in-office position based out of our Dallas, Texas HQ.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Financial Coordination: Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoices, expense reporting, and budget tracking.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and client functions.
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office operations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in office management, preferably within a financial or investment environment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred; Completed HS Diploma or GED required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
