Our client, an international law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced office operations and support staff manager to join their team and lead their Nashville office. This role is supported by the firm's Director of Administration and Administrative Managers throughout the firm.
The successful applicant will have five to seven years of experience in administrative management in a midsize to large law firm. Prior experience running a branch office a plus. They are also seeking a diplomatic leader with strong conflict resolution skills and soft touch approach to management. A strong human resources general understanding is also key as this Manager will be the initial point of contact for benefit inquires, leave requests, onboarding, recruiting, and improving workflow efficiencies. A bachelor's degree is also required.
