Responsibilities
As a Construction Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential executive administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the construction team
Reporting to the project manager, your responsibilities will include calendar management, phone etiquette, and maintaining organized records
Your core skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, will be vital for effective communication and documentation
Additionally, your premium skills in project coordination and office management will enhance team productivity

We are maintaining all the NYC Department of Environmental Protection Fire Alarm Systems and require someone to update our electronic files on a daily basis, communicate with foreman about material and equipment that might be needed for each work order and make sure that the payments are being submitted, as per DEP requirements
