Our client is a well-established organization in the corporate legal and finance industries, seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant (Bilingual in Spanish) to support senior leadership. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
This position involves supporting a senior partner and two additional team members with administrative and operational needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, fluent in Spanish, and experienced in corporate law or finance settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedules, and to-do lists for senior leadership.
Monitor email correspondence, prioritize action items, and respond professionally.
Execute accurate wire transfers for billing, purchases, and other payments.
Prepare presentations, including organizational charts, using PowerPoint.
Process and track expense reports.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate legal or finance industries
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with payment processing and financial workflows.
Additional Details:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (35 hours per week). Requires 4 days on-site and 1 hybrid day (day TBD).
