Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team in San Francisco to cover a Maternity Leave. Part Time 10:00 to 2:00 Monday to Friday. 4 Month contract position.
Pay rate: $36-$38 per hour
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office supply orders
Liaise and coordinate with building management, vendors, IT service providers, cleaners, etc.
Manage company mail and ensure the appropriate party receives it
Organize weekly company lunch
Ensure all visitors are input and logged for building security
Greet visitors and investors, assist with demos (coordinate with chefs to ensure everything is set)
Assist new hires with services, key cards, etc.
Contribute to an overall fun and positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
Prior relevant experience required
Strong attention to detail
Great personality
Organized
