They're seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to their CEO and EVP with experience in administrative operations, event management, budgeting and travel planning.
Executive Assistant to CEO Responsibilities:
Coordinate and make travel arrangements
Prepare expense reports and ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies
Prepare regular and ad hoc presentation materials in PowerPoint/Word/Excel
Coordinate and prepare materials or make arrangements for special projects as requested such as assembly, distribution, preparation to mail or track documents
Prepare expense reports for leadership team, ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies
Processes employee transaction information in the human resources information system (transfers, promotions, org changes and terminations)
Executive Assistant to CEO Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years administrative support experience
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Proven ability to effectively support and communicate with top executives, internally and externally
