Awesome TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity for experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Industry: NFP Healthcare Association
Location: Downtown Chicago
MUST be available to work 100% in office - Monday thru Friday
Responsibilities to include:
Front desk reception
Assisting Director of department and busy team
Greeting guests
Scheduling meeting/conference rooms
Coordinating food/beverage orders
Calendar management
Acting as liaison to building management company
Additional administrative tasks, as required
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience within a corporate or NFP organization
4-year college degree preferred
Polished, professional, friendly demeanor
MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Tech savvy, open to learning new technology
Ability to prioritize and stay organized while managing multiple tasks
Available to work IN OFFICE Monday - Friday - Downtown Chicago
