Insight Global's client is in search of an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure success in this multi-faceted role.
Key Responsibilities:
Face-to-face client interaction
Answering phones
Electronically filing tax returns
Managing Outlook calendars - rescheduling tax appointments
Receiving client's drop-off information
Performing basic functions in our tax software and online portal, such as updating addresses or resending activation links
Requirements:
2-5 years of receptionist experience
Must have experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Word)
Proficiency with Outlook calendar management
Must have at least two years of administrative experience with heavy call volume
Experience with Lacerte tax software
Nice to Have:
Poise under pressure and ability to handle deadlines well
