A Global Life Science Investment Firm with a small office in South San Francisco is looking for a fantastic and intelligent Executive Assistant to join their team! This special company is dedicated to the research and creation of cutting - edge medical devices and healthcare services to provide healthy and happy lives for all! In this role, you will provide support to multiple team members including travel coordination, calendar management, event planning, and expense management. In addition, you will be the go-to person of the office for questions, supplies, ordering, and catering.

$100k - $110k Base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits!
**This is a Hybrid role based in South San Francisco
In this role:
Responsible for heavy calendar management
Manage expenses and process invoices with great attention to detail
Successfully coordinate domestic/international travel with precise itineraries
Manage supplies and inventory for the office while screening calls and guests for the firm
Coordinate catering for lunches and special events
Plan and execute office events and meetings for the firm
Schedule and organize board meetings while making sure all materials needed are prepared
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3+ years of experience providing executive level support
PE/VC/hedge fund experience required
Bachelor's degree required
Successfully handle fast-paced environments while being detail-oriented
Make quick decisions and be an expert in problem-solving
Ability to schedule with precision and accuracy
Show initiative, be resourceful, and highly organized
Effectively multi-task and show great communication skills
High proficiency in technical skills
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
